Sql express 2005 setup command line option

Does anyone knows how to make an installation including the Setup prerequisite SQL Server 2005 Express with include parameters for installing SQL with command line option?
i tried but i am getting error

No collector registered for scope: "SetupStateScope"
00DECFC0Unable to proceed with setup, there was a command line parsing error. : 2
Error Code: 0x80070002 (2)

try to uninstall MySql .Delete the directories created by sql server ..Reg cleaning with RegCleaner ..Restart the PC and try again ...

I currently faces the same problem as you. I can not install sql server 2005 express on a windows 2003 server due to misconfiguration of wmi. When I look through the log created, I have no details of the problem.I really do not know what to do .please tell me if you managed to resolve your particular problem and how?

A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license for this computer. Error code: 0x80070002. this problem i received in windows xp where This issue can occur if one of the following conditions is true:

• The default security provider in Windows XP has been changed.
• The system drive letter has changed.
