Entourage 2008 not displaying html emails

I had installed MAC along with Entourage 2008 on my system. We have an application which allows us to sends HTML email to all users. Now, the problem is that Entourage 2008 doesn't display html emails. So, can any body tell me that why does Entourage 2008 not displaying html emails? KIndly provide me the correct solution in order to get rid of the above issue.

Can you tell me one thing that is your Entourage reader been set up to reply in html code or does it supports java scripts? Also i would like to know that does it even support the tags?

Yes, everything is been set properly on my Entourage 2008, but it still not working. I had check out each an evry setting on my Entourage 2008, they seems to be perfectly fine.

According to me, you cannot create tables in HTML messages, when you try to compose it in Entourage. The HTML, i.e. tables, when viewed in a web browser look good, when viewed in another email program, e.g. in Mac's Mail, or anywhere really, look good. Just in Entourage it doesn't line up at all.
