How to read MDI Menu at Runtime
I want to insert MDI Menu Like Caption and Name into table .
So I have to read the MDI Menu Caption and Name at Runtime
Please tell me about this solution with code example if possible

I want to insert all Menu Caption and Name into some table
And I don't want to insert manually. So Is there anyway to read the MDI Menu. And then Insert it into table
