Windows Vista do not run programs with Digital Signature

Hi, I have windows vista home premium on my new laptop which i recently received from the service center. It refuses to install anything without a digital signature, doesn't even give me an option to allow or block the application and for that I wanted to know more about how to Run Programs Without a Valid Digital Signature. I even tried to install a kodak easy share direct from a cd and it won't allow me to. How to solve this problem without much headache. Thanks for your help.

Generally 64-bit Windows issues this message, if you get rid of the message by installing signed drivers.If you see any of these messages when attempting to install a driver, you should visit your device manufacturer's support website to obtain a digitally signed driver for your device.

Here i will provide some steps regarding Running an Programs Without a Valid Digital Signature.

• You need to have internet explorer to enable this option, open "Internet Explorer" and go to the "Internet Explorer Menu Toolbar" by holding down the "ALT" key.
  
• Navigate to the "Tools" menu by pressing "T" on your keyboard or clicking on "Tools."
  
• You need to select "Internet Options" and navigate to the "Advanced" tab.
  
• Scroll down and check off "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid." If you have done proper setting as per the above said then it will allow downloaded program to run even if there is no valid digital signature.
