JavaScript code outside html page

Hello,

I try to develop a Java application that has an editable text box. Outside this area, I am deciding to put in place a tool or FCKEditor kind. My question is what should i have to do to Integrate these components will change a textarea in a HTML page and I do not want HTML page (or no).
I know we can run a script from java (even if I do not know) so what can I do? How?

Knowing that I do not use and I prefer to make Java Javascript.

any suggestion would be appreciated.

It is been little confusing,

Basically you want to use a script that acts on Javascript, HTML without causing any HTML or Javascript and knowing that you want to do in Java and that passage you tell us how you want without server, web development ?

Try to explain, otherwise I will believe that you do not understand the principle of the development site.

Here i will explain little more about it.

I want to use javascript to run the above mentioned project. In fact, the application on which my work operates it will be under the HTML as well as and if possible in Javascript, and while doing this it should work without the network that means if i want to deploy that on the my web server it should run without any difficulty.

Last but not the list is, both Javascript HTML web language should operate outside the network.

The goal: integrated a WYSIWYG HTML written in javascript in a Java program.
