Problem with Php date function

I need to display the date in the format I want (see variable $ date) and display it in English, I use to do this: setlocal ( "LC_TIME", "IND");

His works, but an error and I still do not understand .. :

Warning: setlocal () [function.setlocal]: Passing locale category name as string is deprecated. Use the LC_ *-constants instead in C: \ wamp \ www \ write_csv.php on line 3

Here's the code:
setlocale ( "LC_TIME", "fr");
$ hour = date ( "H: i");
$ JourL = strftime ( "% A");
$ Day = strftime ( "% d");
$ Month = strftime ( "% B");
$ Year = strftime ( "% Y");
$ date = strftime ( "% A% d% B% Y");

Re: Problem with Php date function

Did you try to set LC_TIME without the quotation marks like this:

setlocale (LC_TIME, "fr");
$ hour = date ( "H: i");
$ JourL = strftime ( "% A");
$ Day = strftime ( "% d");
$ Month = strftime ( "% B");
$ Year = strftime ( "% Y");
$ date = strftime ( "% A% d% B% Y");
