Free Alternative To Microsoft Project

Hi folks,

There is an alternative to MS Project, and if YES, then you can also created in MS Project data.

Should it not give this program, I am looking for some kind of plan-construction program, the dates in Gantt charts again, and also shifts in dependencies updated.

I've heard of a program-KPlato, may be here in the forum but nothing found.
