WYSIWYG freeware? (creation of a website)

Hello, I want to create simple web pages 2-3. The idea for me is a simple presentation and home page (index in fact) that my references to pictures made with Lightroom.

I have consulted a few sites, but what interests me here is to have your opinion (and not a list of freeware).

I like Taco as well, but something UI-oriented turned me off about it when I tried it out. But hey, "free" is a plus, right?

If "very cheap" is an option, try Tag, HyperEdit or skEdit (all $20). I personally use skEdit because it's got really great features, speed and robust language support.
