Wampserver is best is that true ?

I am a former programmer (ado.net, asp, asp.net, ph, html ...) and it's almost 3 years I am totally away from that area now I need to continue my journey but I I feel really lost almost forget about everything. I worked with EasyPhp but I did research and found that the Wampserver is best is that true?

Yes Wampserver is very well, at least I think. To repeat the basics in PHP there to the site of Zero that allows us to take over and well remember many things.

Wamp is much more updated than easy php, and has additional interesting features (ability to choose and switch version of PHP, mysql etc. ..)
