Which is easy to learn ASP Or PHP ?

I want to learn PHP and ASP language. Can you tell me which is easier to learn PHP or ASP. As i know my friends told me that ASP is easier compare to PHP. Can you tell me which should i learn first ?

PHP's is excellent does not mean ASP's is bad, just that I like PHP's. PHP. Its a lot easy to learn if you have a little C background.
