My server crashed recently. So everything is chopped over here, even my body of mySQL. I recovered the files from the old install and I have my bases (a file .FRM per table). Is there a way to put it in a new instance?

In frm there's no data, so you can not just retrieve the diagram in fact? Otherwise, you create a base, you just recreate the tables, you cut mysql, then you replace your frm in place of those that has been created (but hey, no data).
Diagrams doesn't matter for me, I can recreate them by 1 click, what is the most important thing for me is the data.
Bah data in files ibdata, so if you were not so much the worse for the data
(well, personal, I have copied my ibdata files savagely and done a mysql installation to another and I found the data and structure)
well, apparently is this the only method to restore the data?
This is not unique at all, but hey, when I did, I had no time to fiddle around something else
