Making a frame transparent in Vb.Net?

I want to know if we can make a frame transparent in Vb.Net?
If yes then how?

Just use the DrawEdge API function and forget using a frame. Frames are near worthless.

I have a Transparent Frame OCX Control which i have downloaded long back from some site. I dont remember the site address. But, i am sending you the OCX Control as attachment. Hope that would be useful for you.
