Effective decompression program free alternative to WinRar?

as title, can you tell a good program decompression free to use for a WinRAR? I had stew every 40 days of having to reinstall.

I need a program that performs simple tasks, such as fast compression in a file, if indifferent RAR or Zip, which is that zip rar and maybe even the more convenient. Iso file just like WinRar.

I tried 3 programs listed at the free software, more precisely TUGZip, and ZipGenius but I had problems with the files. Iso.
