help needed for crystal report

i am a newbie
i am working on the softeare developed in vb6 and wenever i try to run that software it shows an error dat your version of the file crystil32.ocx is outdated
can anybody please help me for that......
it would be really great
its quite urgent guys.......

Crystal Reports has a Distribution Setup Wizard that creates the setup to copy and install any required files for the Crystal Reports to run successfully.

Download the latest version 6.1.0.000 of Crystl32.ocx and see if it makes a difference.

Have you registered properly for Cryst32.ocx? Are you getting any such message "LoadLibrary(Crystl32.ocx) fail-the specified module could not be found." ?

The most common reason the Cryst32.ocx will not register is that it is missing one or more dependencies. To register the crystl32.ocx make sure the following dependencies are present on your machine:

ADVAPI32.DLL
COMCTL32.DLL
COMDLG32.DLL
CRPE32.DLL
GDI32.DLL
IMPLODE.DLL
MFC42.DLL
MSVCRT.DLL
MSVCRT20.DLL
OLE32.DLL
OLEAUT32.DLL
OLEDLG.DLL
OLEPRO32.DLL
USER32.DLL
VERSION.DLL

Try this,

1. Remove Crystal Reports
2. Restart
3. Install Crystal Reports (or you can install the latest from the link given by MindSpace)

I had the same problem, and thats the only way i manage to get crystl32.ocx to work.
