I am interested to learn Flash from the start and then further develop myself with time. Has no experience of this and is a total beginner.

Can anyone tell me about the lengthy and detailed video guides or good sides with the films and their own example that you can learn this?

There are sites where you can download some tutorials video's, it is only until it is the right time and you have to be very creative.
