Thread: can't install .NET 2.0 Framework

    can't install .NET 2.0 Framework

    I get an error message that the installer service is not accessible. I have carefully followed the directions in KB315346, tried both mechanisms, and thus
    completely re-installed the installer (version 3.1). No change.

    Any suggestions as to what to try next?
