Remote access to databases

I'm trying to send a form to mail () on the server of an acquaintance and I did not succeed so far. I have used 1,000 times this function on other servers, and I will ping, in this server will not give me any error but the emails did not come. I believe we have to change some parameters of the php.ini
Does anyone ever has had the same problem?

I also tested with php mailer that perfectly sends the mails to upload to the server, it did not give any error but did not reach the mails. Ed about doing things I realized that this callback is lost>>> $ success = $ mail-> Send (), which is a call to a function that is in class.phpmailer.php

Please help someone, took 2 days with this problem and I am entering a downturn of the ost

Do you have configured the outgoing mail server in the php.ini?

The server sends this response.

By testing with the function mail () gave the following error
