The tooltip appearance is too fast

I added ToolTips to controls in my project and they apears too fast, it is annoying.
I could I solve it?

Well about your problem, I think you forgot to mention the complete information about your project as to what is your project about, which software are you using, etc. Are you making the project using VB? Please provide us complete information.
