    Re: time sync on sbs

I found a list of commands after running which your SBS will automatically update to the time server pool at http://www.ntp.org/. So just open command prompt and run the following commands:
    • w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:"0.pool.ntp.org 1.pool.ntp.org
    • 2.pool.ntp.org",0x8 /syncfromflags:MANUAL
    • w32tm /config /update
    • net stop w32time
    • net start w32time
    • w32tm /resync /nowait

While searching for some info on your problems I came through few Microsoft Articles which I think will help you for sure. Just go through these KBs:

How to configure an authoritative time server in Windows Server 2003: http://support.microsoft.com//kb/816042
How to Synchronize SBS2003 Premium with an External Time Source: http://www.isaserver.org/articles/sbstimesync.html
