Uninstall WSS3 (side-by-side install)

Could anyone outline the procedure for me to uninstall Windows Sharepoint
Services 3.0 from my SBS 2003 Premium server? WSS3 was installed side-by-side
with CompanyWeb (and is working OK). I also need to clear out the databases
used by WSS3. I am just worried about the correct order to do things -
stopping services, databases, removing WSS3 program, etc.

Start by going to the Control Panel and uninstalling Microsoft Windows
SharePoint Services 3.0.

If when you installed WSS 3.0 you selected the 'stand-alone' option and you
don't have WSUS 3.0 installed on the server, follow the steps outlined in
the following article to remove the Windows Internal Database

The second step doesn't apply if you have WSUS 3.0 installed because the
service is using the Internal database.

The left over databases (file system) are in the
C:\Windows\SYSMMSI\SSEE\MSSQL.2005\MSQL\DATA directory.
