enabling Auditing on a shared folder for Windows SBS 2003

I want to setup auditing for a folder which is on a Windows SBS 2003 server. I was thinking that I had setup the auditing in the past but today files were deleted again and I am not able to find the deleted entries in the event viewer. Is there anyone who can tell me how to enable auditing for folder that is accessed through a mapped drive? Thanks.

You can click here to get Threats and Countermeasures: Security Settings in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP from the Microsoft Download Center. The Threats and Countermeasures Guide provides a reference to all security settings that provide countermeasures for specific threats against current versions of the Microsoft Windows operating systems.
