    User exceeds mailbox limits

Something went wrong with my mail client. One of my clients exchange mailbox size is 200718 and I change the limit size to the max of 2097151. After importing his outlook express settings when I opened OL I was getting error to Mailbox Cleanup error. Is there another place i need to increase the mailbox size?

    Try this:

Thank you very much for the help Agilent. That really worked for me. But now I saw something strange. When I click on address book to send new mail, it defaults to global address list. It should be the default contact address book, right?

In Outlook, click on the Address Book link/button. Then choose Tools | options Change "Show this address list first" to Contacts (presuming your Contacts is actually pointing at the user's correct mailbox contacts folder)
