URGENT! 1054, windows cannot obtain the domain controller name

I have got a Server system that is running to servers. The first one is Windows SBS Server 2003 SP1 and the other one is Windows Server 2003 with sp2 that is running Terminal Server that clients connect to. I have got roaming profiles on a shared on FS1.tellus.local. I am getting the below error randomly in the event log on the terminal log:

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: Userenv
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 1054
    Date: 2007-11-28
    Time: 07:36:22
    User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
    Computer: TS
    Description:
Windows cannot obtain the domain controller name for your computer network. (An unexpected network error occurred. ). Group Policy processing aborted.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at

I am also running Symantec Endpoint Protection on my Servers. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks.

Can you tell us whether the terminal server joined to the SBS domain is using the connect computer wizard?

The problem that you are facing could be also caused when the software hash code for the connection and the hardware hash code for the connection do not match. Receive Side Scaling works by offloading the TCP secure hash function to the network adapter hardware. I have not fixed this issue. All I did was I installed the adminpak SP1 and then ran the GPUpdate on the terminal server. Now the logon is fact and always working. Thanks for the help.
