Snap-in Failed to Initialize - Group Policy & Server Tools missing

There is a strange thing on my Windows SBS 2003. I had installed Exchange SP2 on the same. I am not able to figure out the cause behind the problem, but it looks there is some serious bug with Snap-in. First I am not able to enter GPO. I am trying to access that using MMC. I also tried gpedit.msc but getting a error saying that snap-in failed to initialize. I got the same kind of error on the screen. I tried to search from different dll files but still not able to work on it. It looks some internal sbs component is missing the setup.

Try to ad/remove non working components and then test the same once again. I am sure it will help you. You can run SBS setup wizard to re-install the failing components. It can be bug due to corrupt dll. Still you can collect more information from the logs. You can find out the exact error message and on that basis it will far more easier to trouble shoot the problem.
