Cannot connect to company web or connect computers

Since upgrading to sbs 2003 standard from w2k server (standard) I am not able to connect the clients to the server. My new website is just not available for them from both server and clients, they get "page cannot be found" message. My old internal Domain name is accessible for the user where as the IIS shows my new website running. I have gone through the event log and i see below error message.

    Event Type: Error
    Event Source: W3SVC-WP
    Event Category: None
    Event ID: 2214
    Date: 4/4/2005
    Time: 10:11:16 AM
    User: N/A
    Computer: 12345
    Description:
The HTTP Filter DLL c:\inetpub\sbsflt\sbsflt.dll failed to load.

    Try this:
    • First access the Properties of ''Default Website'' and switch to ''ISAPI Filters''
    • After that remove all listed ISAPI filters and commit the IIS configuration by running iisreset
    • Once you are done with the above steps then you can add ISAPI filters back and issue IISRESET again

In case same problem persist then you can check out event view and post new error that might have generated.
