Outlook web access

If I am trying to log into Outlook Web Accessm either on local network or over internet I am getting an error that says "You could not logged on to Outlook Web Access. Ensure that your user name and password are correct, and then try again". I have the user permission for OWA, but still that isnt working. Any ideas?

Did you try to use the domainname (netbios version)\username and checked if that is working?

Yes, I just tried it and still it isnt working?

Did you also check if the true Administrator account logon for OWA is working fine?

To resolve these issues, make sure that you are using the correct authentication methods and that you have the correct permissions to the Exchange folders. To do this, follow these steps given at this link - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/327843
