Please write back with complete details - the current status of your server, any event log errors you can see - and whether you've got a known good backup made before you installed the SP (this is always a wise idea). |

Susan Bradley has a comprehensive list of the known issues with SP2. http://msmvps.com/blogs/bradley/arch...ase-notes.aspx If nothing there fixes it, please post the additional information requested by Lanwench. Thanks for your response. But What I mean is Exchange server is not working. I go to the exchange system manager, servers, first storage group, mail store, I see a red down arrow next to Mailbox Store. I tried to mount the store again. No luck. The error message is An internal processing error has occurred, Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information store serfvice, or both. Examine the Application log for events related to this error. .... Id no: c1041724. Have another good look at the eventlogs and start from the moment you booted (systemlog event 6009 which will be at the same time as the dsrestore error in the app log). The errors you posted are from BEFORE the reboot. -- Regards, Marina Roos Microsoft SBS-MVP One of the Magical M&M's www.smallbizserver.net Take part in SBS forum: http://www.smallbizserver.net/Default.aspx?tabid=53 "John Z" <JohnZ@discussions.microsoft.com> schreef in bericht news:8B317C0B-6DB1-41AA-8DF1-3D822A9213E7@microsoft.com... > Thanks for your response. Any help here? This is eventid.net for the first error http://www.smallbizserver.net/tabid/...7/Default.aspx. If Exchange has been down for four days, my best recommendation would be to call PSS (Microsoft Support) and let them deal with it. There's a good chance that if they can attribute the problem to the SP install, they won't charge you for the call, but even if they do, at least you'll have Exchange back up as quickly as possible, and you'll minimize the risk of data loss. Thank you, Dave. I did called MS support. They remote into our server. The guy tried to remove a lot to registry values and re-install Exchange server. but made things even worse. We finall called another local suppoprt person from one of the MS certified partner and worked 17 hours on Monday and it is working now. I will open another thread to warn all sbs user in this forum to hold off loading this latest SP2. Microsoft charged us Business Critical from my credit card. Can anyone tell me how to complain this and get the money back from Microsoft? Thanks you. "Dave Nickason [SBS MVP]" wrote: > Any help here? I think you can just call back the PSS number you initially called, and as the operator who to talk to to request a refund. Did they ever determine what caused the stores not to mount?
