Through the Active Directory, you will be able to manage users and groups. You can try Admin Tools >> Active Directory Users and Computers, or the Server Management console. |

There are no local users/groups on a domain controller? Any other suggestions? Thanks |

You just need to go to Start and then Administrative Tools and then Active Directory Users and Computers. |
