Exchange Won't Start Automatically Upon Reboot

I have got one SBS client who has had to manually start Exchange Services upon restart for sometime now. I do know that its been going on since long time, by looking at the last entry in the App logs. When I checked the logs, at the time of restart, I found this "Process INETINFO.EXE (PID=1512). Topology Discovery failed, error 0x80040952." And Event ID is 2114. But when I go to start the services then it all starts properly. Any ideas what is going on here? Thanks.

The problem that you are facing can occur because the Exchange security groups do no have the appropriate user rights to enable the Directory Service Access (DSAccess) component to communicate with Active Directory.
