WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service

I checked that the WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service is continuously stopping without any reasons and it is also generating errors in the system log with event ID 12503 & 12517. Can anyone tell me how to solve this issue? Thanks

I think that the messages that you are getting are not an error message, but it could be informational messages. So, you can try to ignore it if you would like since there is nothing that can be done about it.
