sbs 2008 Sharepoint 3.0 Central Administration error: cannot connect to the configuration database

It finally came through. I think Microsoft was down for a minute.
I'll let you know how it goes with Sharepoint 3.0 Central Administration

Well I couldn't get the fix working for SBS2008 so I reformatted and started
over again.
