Enabled IPv6 (registry and on NIC), rebooted, and re-ran CTIW. CTIW finished
successfully.

I guess the wizard can't handle it when IPv6 is disabled. I was going to
suggest to manually delete and recreate the zone, where during creation you
have the option to uncheck IPv6 scope. But as long as IPv6 doesn't cause any
problems, I would imagine that would be ok.

As for restarting the workstation, that's an easy way out for acquiring a
new lease. I know, you could have simply ran ipconfig /release then /renew.

Glad things worked out. Are there still any other problems going on?
