We receive error code 0x8004011D on clients in Outlook 2003

We have got problem with many of our customers and on all the clients we receive the error code 0x8004011D, I am not able to fix this error? The issue started after an update of Norman virus scanner, and now the server will stop Windows Firewall and Routing and Remote Access, the services cant be started, after a restart of the server only we can get the error in Outlook. OWA is working fine and I have use the eseutil tool but it dosent find an error on the exchange databases. I think that it is a RPC problem, this is because we are not able to access the client via Help and Support. If we do chkdsk /r /f on the server then it will work fine, but the server will not restart and than you will get the same error again.

When you synchronize and then work offline or restart offline, the following error message appears when you press F9 to reconnect for another synchronization and then click Cancel in the network logon dialog box, then you get that error. So to work around this behavior if your next attempt to synchronize does not prompt for logon, restart Microsoft Outlook offline, and then press F9 to synchronize.
