SBS Server 2008 exchange setup

I had configured by server before also. I am bit familiar with the process but not expert. And it is almost a year I had installed SBS. Now I want to perform a fresh installation. I am planing to upgrade my hardware and hope that this time I can benefit more performance. I am also going to add more clients. I am upgrading SBS to 2008 Premium. I need some way to work with Exchange. I need all the help that would be required for configuring OWA and other security certificate options.

You can easily buy certificates from any hosting provider. Exchange setup is not at all complicated. Now I giving a link below that has a detail information on configuring Exchange on Windows Server. You can easily find a video guide or other related information on the web. The guide has all the information that you need to begin first setup. But still I will recommend you to backup the old data first and then go ahead with new one.

I have a question?

I have done lots of SBS 2003 and 2008 installs always using the self signed option.

I did a practice on my personal server of a bought SSL.

The server name is server.domain.local
while the cert is setup for remote.domain.com

the cert works great for the web, no problems. But the issue is outlook 2007, which throws up a cert warning when starting from Outlook Anywhere, saying there is a name mismatch.

The exchange server is actually named, server.domain.local, while the cert is for remote.domain.com,

How do you avoid that issue in the future. Since you can't change the name of the server without a reinstall.
Any advice would be great
