Moving Users shared Folders to a different drive

I’m having a SBS 2008 server with several client workstations. The problem is with the Shared Folder on this server which is getting increased day by day in size, hence I want o move this folder to another partition on this server with larger space. I have done this a year ago on my SBS 2003 edition but I don’t know how to do the same in SBS 2008.

Can anyone please tell me if there is any best method to do this without messing up things on my new SBS 2008? Thank you.
