receive connector sbs 2008

I recently installed a new sbs2008 server. I can send & receive mails from the internal network. I can' t receive email from outside the network. Every user has a pop3 account with our ISP provider. Should I configure the pop3 receive connector first in SBS2008?

my second attempt...

You got a reply from Oliver. You may not see this one either. Stop using
techarena for access to this newsgroup and switch to some NNTP client to
access it directly.
