Can't conenct to server in RWW and RDC - sbs 2008

Whenever I try connecting to my server through remote web workplace I use to get a message saying to install the proper certificate though I have already installed the certificate. Secondly, if I try connecting the server through remote desktop connection, it connects but the passwords always fail.

As a troubleshooting I tried enabling routing and remote access in the services, even configured the ports on the router to 25,80,443, and 987 but that dint helped. I have no idea what to do or where to look for the problem. Can anybody here please tell me what is going wrong with my server?

I strongly feel you might have made some mistake in the certificate itself. Can you tell me how actually did you installed the certificate?

Even I’m not sure about the certificate. I just installed it through SBS console using the wizard. I dont have to actually purchase a certificate so I just selected not to. What do I need to do now? Please help.

You still need to install the certificate bundle from the server.
