SBS 2003, Outlook Web Access and DNS

I have Small Business Server 2003. I have Exchange installed on the SBS. I'm trying to configure OWA so I can put in the following:

    https://mycompany.com/exchange

    rather than:

https://x.x.x.x/exchange (where x.x.x.x is the IP address given by ISP)

The problem I have is this:

    (1) Verizon owns my IP address and my netgear router is pointing to the IP address given by Verizon

    (2) Network Solutions is my domain registrar

    (3) StartLogic hosts my web site and my e-mail

    (4) Exchange is set up on my SBS server so that it goes to StartLogic every 15 minutes for e-mail, but my SBS server hosts my web mail.

I need to know what to do to fix my OWA so I can have users put in a domain name/exchange rather than IP Address/exchange. Problem is....which of the above companies needs to fix this for me....Verizon, Network Solutions or StartLogic????

PLEASE HELP!! I'm at my wit's end!!!

Before I could answer anything I would like to know do you registered domain name? Also the website is hosted somewhere publicly available at www.mycompany.com or so? And the third I wanted to know is does the mail already comes directly to your SBS server using Exchange and so there is an MX record somewhere pointing to something like
    mail.mycompany.com?

As far as i know about this, I can suspect all three or any other party as well. What you need to do is contact the one who controls your DNS entries. Once you come to know that who is the one then you can create a new DNS entry for your server and point it to the IP address. As you did last time, I will not suggest you to put "mycompany.com" but give it a server name such as "office.mycompany.com" instead.

As the OP said “Exchange is set up on my SBS server so that it goes to StartLogic every 15 minutes for e-mail, but my SBS server hosts my web mail” I think the problem is somewhere pop3 connector setup.
