After DNS update: critical services being blocked from listening onstandard TCP/IP ports

Last week I had performed some updates and after that new problem started appearing. There is issue with dns service. After the update was performed the ports that were active are not working and I started getting problem. I had restarted the server around 3 time but still the problem is same. I am not able to apply patch on it. Even the IPSec settings fails to work. I am not able to get the exact issue. It can be or cannot be due to update but somehow it is still failing.

There is one problem with the update. So it is very important that you must apply the updates only after testing. That is the only way to fix the issue. I had always test update before performing the same. Sometime a number of bugs can create more problem. It is necessary that you must perform proper updates and then only go for final setup.
