Yeah, thats correct. It is because of Administrator privileges. By default the Administrator account in Vista is not active, hence it wont show up. In order to activate the same and have it appear do the following exactly:
- Go to the 'START' menu
- At the bottom of the Start menu in the 'START SEACH' box type "Cmd".
- Press "CTRL-SHIFT-ENTER"
- When the upgrade rights textbox appears upgrade except the upgraded permissions. That will bring up a CMD box.
- Type "Net User Administrator /active:Yes" and press "ENTER"
- Log out of your User Account and log in the Administrator Account.
- Once your installation is completed be sure to deactivate the Administrator account again by following the same procedure except substitute "Net User Administrator /active:No"
Hope that helps.
