Problem deploying XP SP3 with WSUS 3.0 SP1

I have been carrying out test for deploying XP SP3 clients but now i am having some issue with one of my client. Packets are getting downloaded without any issue and installtion starts up fine as well but after some time it gets terminated. I have checked out windowsupdate.log and have come across below warning in there.

"WARNING: Install was hung and terminated"
"Install completed with 0x800704d3"
"Install failed, error = 0x80242007 / 0x80242007"

Is there anything i can try out to get rid of these warnings and carry out deployment??

If you are having KB925877 installed than you will have to remove it before installing SP3. If not then you can try resetting automatic updates state on the client. For that stop Automatic Updates & BITS services first, delete C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder ,Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat files and C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log file. Once you have deleted all these stuffs then you can restart Automatic Updates and run "wuauclt /detectnow". I think one of these solution should probably help you out.
