WSUS 3.0 Won't Download Office 2003 SP3 Updates

Ok I have WSUS 3.0 running on a W2K3 R2 Box, it's been running fine for
months.

I was notified by the WSUS that Office 2003 SP3 had been released. I went
to check on the status of the WSUS server and discovered it had failed to
download 4 updates.

I forced the WSUS to retry the download and still failed. I looked in the
application log and see this error, see attached:

EventID: 364
Source: Windows Server Update

Description:
Content file download failed. Reason: The server does not support the
necessary HTTP protocol. Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
requires that the server support the Range protocol header.

Any ideas? I know there's been issues with NETWORK SERVICE not having write
access to the WSUS download directory, but it does and downloads have been
working for a long time now.

The 4 updates that it's failed to download are:

Visio 2003 SP3
Project 2003 SP3
Office 2003 SP3
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter (KB936677)

FYI there is plenty of hard drive space and I've rebooted the server.

Never mind... I figured it out... It was our new Barracuda Web Filter.

Can you tell me what you had to change to fix it? I'm having this exact same
problem and we use Barracuda too. I can't configure the firewall myself, so
I'll have to talk with my network engineer about this. Thanks for any help
you can give!
