w3wp.exe crash, IIS worker process issue

Whenever i log in WSUS server w3wp.exe crashes, It doesn't happens most of the time but it does happen twice or thrice a day. I have checked out the Application Log and have come across an error in it, I have posted description of the error below.

"Faulting application w3wp.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, stamp 42435be1,faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, stamp 00000000, debug? 0, fault address 0x04010056."

Any idea's what might be causing this error??

It seems as if there is some kind of bug in your C++ code, in order to find it out i will suggest you to collect crash dump and analyze it. You can use WinDbg for analyz dumps file, I have come across different patterns of this error so its hard to find out exact cause of this issue until you go analyze your dumps file and share the result with me.
