Automate the WSUS 3.0 Cleanup Wizard

I have upgraded to WSUS 3.0 from WSUS 2.0 and i want to know if it is possible to Automate the Database Cleanup Wizard? i mean using command line or some tool? In WSUS 2.0 i was able to use command line for cleaning up database storage. i don't see same command line functioning in WSUS 3.0 for handling Cleanup Wizard.

I have checked out for your query and have found that it is possible to Automate the WSUS 3.0 Cleanup Wizard with Powershell and Task Scheduler. If you are aware of Powershell then i will let you know how to do that, what say?

Yes i have heard of Powershell too but it will take time to learn that, instead i will suggest you to use WSUSdebugtool. You can download it from here,Save it in a folder and run: WsusDebugTool.exe /tool:purgeunneededfiles. It will help in purging unneeded files, if you want then you can add the mentioned command to scheduled tasks for automating Database Cleanup Wizard. I have some friends using WSUSdebugtooland they havent reported any issues by now. Juts let me know if you have any further query regrading WSUSdebugtool.
