WSUS 3.0 Install/Uninstall/Repair

I had WSUS 2.0 and upgraded to 3.0. For a while all went well. I started
getting not able to connect errors in the MMC and looked at logs and
corrected access. Then I started getting service could not start errors.
SQL would not start. 3.0 upgraded MSDE to Windows Internal. I could not
restart or remove the database. I tried to reinstall the Windows Internal
Database and could not. I tried to uninstall the WSUS and it failed. I
looked at threads here and tried to install 2.0 and that succeded. I then
tried to upgrade as before and 3.0 failed. It gives me an error in the setup
thet a command-line paremeters not valid and to look at the install log. I
have included this log here:

2005 since the failure.
