WSUS 3 BITS Throttling?

I want to know if it is possible to throttle download speed Microsoft updates to wsus server using bits in order to avoid saturation of link of remote sites or is it possible to schedule downloading time for the updates?? I have started using wsus 3 (Windows Server Update Services) and i am not able to find a option for configuring updates. Is there anyone who can help me out??

Check out the policy at Administrative Templates > Computer Configuration > Network > Background Intelligent Transfer Service, You can use "Maximum network bandwidth that BITS uses" setting for limiting network bandwidth for background transfers. Here you can bandwidth limit for specific time interval as well, for e.g. You can limit bandwidth to 20 Kbps between 8 am to 10 am. I also wanted to add that you will have to specify limit in Kbps and you will have to limit it as per size of network link.
