WSUS 3.0 - Clients not responding, error = 0x8024400E

Hello,

I’ have made a upgrade to wsus 3, but none of my 130 clients (XP, 2000,
WServer2K or Server2003) have respond to my server. This is a WServer 2003
with SPack 2 and is not a DC, it’s a simple fileserver . The error is
“WARNING: GetAuthorizationCookie failure, error = 0x8024400E, soap client
error = 7, soap error code = 400, HTTP status code = 200” like the log bellow
shows.
I’ have tried many things, reinstalling WSUS, changing the WSUS from a
server to another, like a DC, but the error persists…..
The last log is form the client debug tool…..

Try issuing the command 'proxycfg -u' on a few of the clients. Then
issue 'wuauclt /resetauthorization /detectnow'.
