update 976098 failing

Hello,

I have 1 workstation that keeps telling me that KB976098 needs to be
installed. When the user starts the install, it fails.
Control panel > add remove programs tells us that there is an update,
KB976098-v2 already installed.

WSUS 3.0 tells me that this update, KB976098 is failing to install. I tried
a manual install from the windows update site, and it also fails.

Here is the portion of the windowsupdate.log file from the last time I tried
to install this update, which was by clicking on the shield in the system
tray of the effected computer:

Thanks, but that article is about SP1 - my problem is in installing KB976098
which is a daylight savings time update.

I guess I will try and repost when I have a few minutes....
