Wsus Synchronization fail (event id 10022)

After today, every synchronization whether manaul or schedule, with Microsoft Update, they will simply fail on my server WSUS 3 SP1 which is running on Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2. I have also made a Windows Update on my server WSUS with the help of Internet Explorer and then restart the computer, but still the problem is there? Any help ?

The best workaround is to change the default language for NT Authority\NetworkService to english. After that Synchronization > if it works then, now change back default language back to value before.

Even I have got similar kind of issue. Can anyone tell me how to change the language of NTAUTHORITY\NetworkService? Thanks for any information in advance.

You can download the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express Service Pack 2 and then install it at the WSUS and login like - \\.\pipe\MSSQL$MICROSOFT##SSEE\sql\query, check how to do in this pic. After that go to Security, andthen select NetworkService >> and then change the language, synchronize and change back the language.

I am also facing same issue and I even saw the same error. Actually, the language in SQL was already set to English and below is the error that I can see in the change.log:
