You can use mp3Tag Pro to do that. It can dowload lyrics from Internet databases, you need just to enter a song's name. You can also download covers and edit ID3 tags.

You can try mp3 Recorder Studio. It supports WAV and mp3. A really nice tool, has high recording quality.
